Order & Payment
Question 1: How can I place an order with you?
You can order as usual through our online shop. Add items to your shopping cart, select your shipping option, and proceed to checkout. The ordering process is secure and encrypted (SSL).
Question 2: What payment methods do you offer?
We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments via PayPal . PayPal also offers buyer protection , making your order even safer.
Question 3: Can I change my order afterwards?
Changes are possible as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Simply send us a short email to brick2d2@gmail.com. with your order number.
Question 4: Do you also offer invoices?
Yes, every order receives a digital order confirmation including an invoice (if requested) via email.
Shipping & Delivery
Question 5: How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 working days for minifigures (shipped via Deutsche Post) and 1-3 working days for DHL parcels.
For Austria, the delivery time is usually 3–5 working days.
Orders are usually shipped by us within 1-2 working days.
Question 6: What shipping options are available?
You can choose between standard shipping and shipping with tracking :

Note: We recommend shipment tracking for higher order values.
Question 7: Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Germany and Austria. We do not ship to other countries. Shipping to other European countries is planned for next year.
Question 8: How are the figures packaged?
We pack securely and with collectors in mind . Each figure is protected, and sets are additionally padded if necessary. Quality and protection are our top priorities.
Returns & Problems
Question 9: Can I return items?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days . Simply send us a short message to brick2d2@gmail.com. with your order number. You will receive the return address by email.
Question 10: Who pays the return shipping costs?
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs . We recommend carefully packaging the return and sending it back using your preferred shipping option.
Question 11: What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Don't worry – we'll take care of it. Simply send us photos of the damaged goods and packaging via email. We offer a replacement, credit note, or refund , depending on the situation.
Question 12: My package has been lost – what now?
Please contact us if you haven't received your order within 5 business days . We will immediately begin an investigation with the shipping provider and find a solution.
Original LEGO & Quality
Question 13: Are all the figures you sell original?
Yes. We sell exclusively 100% original LEGO® minifigures and sets . No fakes, no copies, no Chinese knock-offs – everything is checked before it goes on sale.
Question 14: Do you sell new or used figures?
Both. We offer new and used LEGO® figures . All figures are thoroughly inspected and cleaned before shipping. The condition is always described so you know exactly what you're getting.
Question 15: Do all the figures have accessories (helmets, weapons, etc.)?
If accessories such as helmets, blasters, or armor are visible in the product images, then they are included . If accessories are missing or if it is only the figure, this will be clearly stated in the product description .
Question 16: Do you also sell parts or accessories individually?
Yes, we also offer LEGO blasters, helmets, and accessories separately . If you're looking for something specific, feel free to contact us anytime.

Question 17: Do you have actual stock or do you use dropshipping?
We do not do dropshipping . Everything you can order from us is in stock and shipped directly from Germany .

Question 19: Can I make requests or inquiries (e.g., looking for specific characters)?
Yes! If you are looking for specific LEGO® Star Wars figures that are not currently in the shop, just write to us – we are happy to help.
Question 20: Do you offer gifts or group orders?
Yes, gladly. Upon request , we can gift-wrap your order or assemble figure sets according to your wishes. Just send us a quick message beforehand.
