Order & Payment
Question 1: How can I place an order with you?
You can order normally through our online shop. Add items to your cart, select shipping options, and proceed to checkout. The ordering process is secure and encrypted (SSL).
Question 2: What payment methods do you offer?
We currently accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal. PayPal also offers buyer protection, which makes your order even more secure.
Question 3: Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, changes are possible. Simply send us a short email to brick2d2@gmail.com with your order number.
Question 4: Do you also offer invoices?
Yes, every order receives a digital order confirmation including an invoice (if requested) via email.
Shipping & Delivery
Question 5: How long does shipping take?
Delivery time within Germany is usually
2 to 5 business days for minifigures and 2 to 5 business days for parcel shipments.
Delivery time within the European Union is usually
3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.
All orders are prepared for shipping and dispatched by us on the day of the order or at the latest on the next business day.
All shipments are sent with tracking.

Free Shipping
Free shipping for orders over €60 within Germany and over €150 within the European Union.
Question 7: Where do you ship to?
We ship to Germany and all countries in the European Union.
Question 8: How are the figures packaged?
We package securely and collector-friendly. Each figure is protected, and sets are additionally padded if necessary. Quality and protection are our top priorities.
Returns & Issues
Question 9: Can I return items?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. Simply send us a short message to brick2d2@gmail.com with your order number. You will receive the return address via email.
Question 10: Who covers the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We recommend packaging the return securely and sending it back with a shipping option of your choice.
Question 11: What if my order arrives damaged?
Don't worry – we'll take care of it. Simply send us photos of the damaged goods and packaging via email. We offer replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the case.
Question 12: My package is lost – what now?
Please contact us if there's no delivery within 5 business days. We will immediately initiate an investigation with the shipping service provider and work on a solution.
Original LEGO & Quality
Question 13: Are all your figures original?
Yes. We sell exclusively 100% original LEGO® minifigures and sets. No fakes, no copies, no China knock-offs – everything is checked before it goes on sale.
Question 14: Do you sell new or used figures?
Both. We offer new and used LEGO® figures. All figures are thoroughly inspected and cleaned before being shipped. The condition is always described so that you know exactly what you are getting.
Question 15: Do all figures come with accessories (helmets, weapons, etc.)?
If accessories like helmets, blasters, or armor are shown in the product images, then they are included in the delivery. If accessories are missing or it's just the figure, this is clearly stated in the product description.
Question 16: Do you also sell individual parts or accessories?
Yes, we also offer LEGO blasters, helmets, and accessories separately. If you are looking for something specific, you can always write to us.
Shop Information & Contact
Question 17: Do you have real stock or do you dropship?
We do not dropship. Everything you can order from us is in stock with us and shipped directly from us in Germany.

Question 19: Can I make requests (e.g., search for specific figures)?
Yes! If you are looking for specific LEGO® Star Wars figures that are not currently in the shop, just write to us – we're happy to help.
Question 20: Do you offer gifts or group orders?
Yes, gladly. Upon request, we can gift-wrap your order or assemble figure sets according to your wishes. Just write to us in advance.
