1) Shipping information

We ship exclusively within Germany. Depending on the size of the shipment, we use Deutsche Post (goods shipment) or DHL (parcel shipping).
The processing time is usually 1-2 working days .

Shipping costs (Germany):

• €2.99 – Minifigures / small parts (standard, without tracking)

• €4.99 – Minifigures with tracking

• €4.99 – DHL Parcel (Standard, without tracking)

• €6.99 – DHL Parcel with tracking

• Free shipping on orders over €50.00

Note: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout .

2) Delivery times

• Minifigures: 2–4 working days

• DHL Parcels: 1–3 working days

• No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

3) Shipping methods & delivery times (overview)

Recommendation: Shipment tracking is particularly useful for higher order values .

4) Shipment tracking

DHL parcels can be sent with tracking.
Deutsche Post shipments : Tracking optional for an additional fee (see above).

5) Secure & collector-friendly packaging

We pack carefully and securely for transport . Minifigures are given extra protection; sets are shipped in padded packaging .

6) Returns & Cancellations (14 days)

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned complete, undamaged, and well-packaged.
